As of this season, each team can have up to four affiliate clubs. Only three of these teams can be from Europe and they must not be from the same country.

These teams cannot be from the top five of the Big Five (La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A, Premier League).

If you wish to announce affiliate clubs, please list them below.
